All sales are final. Any defected item may be returned for a full refund. Please email Inquiries@varient.co - Each inquiry is handled by case to case basis.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, all our shipping rates are dependent on order weight and destination.

We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during transit (each shipment is insured by the shipping courier).

We are unable to offer free shipping currently due to the nature of us being a small brand and not having shipment courier partnerships.

Order Status

An order confirmation will be shared via email as soon as an order is placed with us. Once the order has been shipped from our studio, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and shipment tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated on the tracking page. It can be tracked directly on our website or with the delivery courier’s tracking page.

Customs & Duty Payment

For all orders placed outside of the UK, you may be subject to additional customs/import duties upon delivery. For detailed information, we recommend checking with your local custom authorities, as these may vary from country to country.
